cancellation
A full cancellation of the booking must be made in writing. The costs of cancellation or termination depend on the scope of services booked and are calculated as follows:
In case of cancellation or early departure:

• up to 4 weeks before arrival 10%
• up to 2 weeks before arrival 30%
• 13 to 4 days before arrival 50%
• 3 days or less before arrival 75%

In case of no-show we will charge you 80% of the total cost,
In case of early departure, 80% of the unused services will be charged.
